General Comments
Investigated fire at McDonald's on 7/27/07. Fire started in back area in dryer and was contained in back room, however due to heavy smoke damage facility was instructed to do the following:

1. discard all food that was uncovered,
2. discard all single service items that was uncovered,
3. clean and sanitize all utensils, counters and equipment,
4. remix all sanitizers,
5. thoroughly clean area where fire was including ceiling, walls, floor and equipment, then sanitize,
6. dump and clean all ice bins.

Facility has agreed not to reopen until above items have been addressed.
